Temporales´s position on the complains from Spanish workers
March 01st, 2019
It is clear that something is wrong with the employment relationship between a part of the Spanish temporary workers and their temporary employers in the Netherlands. In 2018, the Spanish embassy in The Hague received no fewer than 478 complaints from Spaniards about their working conditions. But it is less clear how big the problems really are and who exactly is responsible for them. Because of those complaints, only one was passed on to the Dutch labor inspectorate under the name “labor exploitation”.

We know that some of the ETT´s do not live up to their promisses and deceive many of Spanish workers, putting an end to their dreams. In Temporales Holanda Recruitment we work only with serious and ethics ETTs, regulated by ABU (Algemene Bond Uitzendondernemingen)
